چرا GCMS Notes مهم است؟
برای رفع ریجکتی ضروری است، چون:
- مشخص میکند مشکل اصلی دقیقاً چه بوده
- اجازه میدهد درخواست جدید را هدفمند و اصلاحشده ارسال کنید
- از حدس زدن جلوگیری میکند
- احتمال تأیید در درخواست بعدی را بالا میبرد

These documents clearly demonstrate that all funds are lawful, traceable, and personally available for my travel expenses.
Employment Ties and Updated Documentation
The previous employment letter lacked detail. I am now submitting comprehensive and verifiable evidence:
A new detailed employment letter, including:
My job title, responsibilities, and employment start date
My monthly salary
Approval of my 10-day travel leave
Confirmation that my position remains available upon my return
A copy of my employment contract
Six months of pay stubs
My social insurance record / بیمه confirming continued employment
I have strong and ongoing employment commitments in Iran, and I must return to continue my responsibilities.
Purpose of Travel – Fully Detailed
To address the concern regarding lack of itinerary and brief invitation letter, I have now provided:
A new, detailed invitation letter from my sister, including her Canadian status documents, address, contact information, and full hosting details
A 10-day itinerary, outlining daily activities such as attending my sister’s graduation event, short sightseeing, and family gatherings
Proof of accommodation, including confirmation of stay at my sister’s residence
Return flight reservation indicating my fixed schedule to return to Iran
Demonstration that my visit is short, structured, and fully supported
My sole purpose is to visit my sister for a brief family event and return home.
Stronger Demonstration of Ties to Iran
I understand that my ties appeared limited in the previous application. I am now providing documentation that clearly establishes strong personal, financial, and familial roots in Iran:
Evidence of shared family property ownership (سند ملکی) in which I hold a registered share
Long-term financial commitments, including my savings plan and family obligations
Proof that my parents and immediate family all reside permanently in Iran and I hold essential responsibilities toward them
Confirmation of my ongoing employment and professional obligations
Supporting documentation showing that I have no immigration intention and must return to Iran after my short visit
My life, employment, financial commitments, and family responsibilities are all centered in Iran.
Travel History
Although my previous travel history is limited, I have complied with all visa rules in every country I have visited. My intent is purely temporary and consistent with the purpose of travel.
Conclusion
I respectfully request reconsideration of my application in light of the complete, transparent, and significantly strengthened documentation now provided. My intention is solely to make a short family visit and I am fully committed to returning to Iran immediately after the trip.
